1. Proposed date
   

2. An idea of what you would like to eat/serve
   

3. Number of guests (adults vs children)
   

4. Budget per person
   

5. Does your budget include wine or other alcohol?
   

6. Do you require service? If so, how many people?
   

7. Any additional food requirements (i.e. gluten free)
   

Once your e-mail is received, a reply will be sent as soon as possible (the usual delay is 24 - 48 hours). A menu will be proposed based on the budget and current products available for the season.  The client has final menu and price approval.
