We first learned about Chef Serge when we bought a jar of his homemade Foie Gras in December, 2009; it was excellent! We then asked Serge to host a cooking lesson and dinner in our home in February, 2010 for ourselves and another family and we were even more impressed. We have asked Serge to our home for several dinner parties since, and we continue to be amazed each time he comes. His knowledge of food and range of dishes are superior, and we look forward to every new experience (some of our favorites: beef bourguignon, lime-garlic roasted chicken, cerise millefeuille, and a killer chocolate mousse). He moves easily between hors d'oeuvres, main dishes and desserts, and always leaves a clean kitchen. For a simply delicious meal and stress-free evening, there is no better option.
